3D Printed item return/exchange Policy

• We do not offer refunds, exchanges on 3D printed items. Please keep this in mind and ensure you read all product descriptions. 

Damages and issues

• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within one week of arrival with pictures included) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How much does shipping cost?

• The shipping fee varies depending on the shipping destination and the number of items you purchase. Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?
